Sunday Supper Series with Chef Duke: Tomato Sauce

Continuing our new Sunday Supper Series, we have the talented Chef Duke back with the second installment “Tomato Sauce: Tips on Scratch Made and Jazzing up the Jars”
Learn to make a tomato sauce from scratch like a pro with Chef Duke of Duke’s Apocalypse Kitchen, using fresh ingredients and a few pantry staples.
Have a few jarred sauces in the pantry delivering nothing but boredom? Learn to dress them up and with just a few additions it will taste like Nonna spent all Sunday at the stove.
For the grand finale, we will make a fast, down and dirty cioppino that makes the best tomato vongole or seafood stew – so good, Vincent Rao will show up at your place and say, “What’s cookin’?”

This event will take place on Sunday, February 13, 2022, in Stone & Spoon before shop hours to provide private shopping time to attendees. We encourage you to arrive any time after 10:00am as Chef Duke will begin promptly at 10:30am.
