Charcuterie Board Workshop with Chef Duke

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2022 – Two Sessions: 2 PM – 3:30 PM & 4 PM – 5:30 PM
We are delighted to announce this very special & exclusive Charcuterie Board Workshop with Chef Duke on Saturday, December 17th. This workshop will be offered at two different times for your convenience:
2:00 PM to 3:30 PM
4:00 PM to 5:30 PM
Each attendee will be learning how to curate beautiful & delicious pairings for their very own Charcuterie board that will be ready to enjoy upon workshop completion. Take home your spread to enjoy with yourself, loved ones, or at your holiday gathering!
You will have a selection of tasty choices (with meat & vegetarian options available) to choose from for your board! Attendees will learn how to create a rose out of Genoa salami, how to pair different elements together, and how to create a board that is visually pleasing to the eye & belly!
This workshop is $75/per person. The cost of this workshop includes all ingredients needed to curate your own charcuterie board along with a custom 6″ x 10″ board by local woodworker, Rob Damerow, of Ypsi Boards.
Mobility note: Our beautiful 19th century building does not have an elevator, so all attendees will need to take a flight of stairs to our second floor Gallery space
